On Site and Pickup/Delivery Service Fees
Dr. Dave's IT Support makes office and house calls to setup or repair any computer or network need that you have.
1. Operating System Re-install due to viruses, spyware or corruption (software not included). Formatting of hard drive is necessary and a backup of your system will be performed. Your system will be like new again.
2. Home or Home/Office WiFi setup and security
(Includes security configuration for 2 devices and sharing of one printer. Wireless router is not included but can be provided at additional cost.
You will be able to roam around your home or office without being tied down to one location.
3. Hard drive installation. Add a new secondary drive to your existing PC (Hard drive not included). You will have extra space for all types of files and programs.
4. Hard drive upgrade or Replacement (Hard drive extra) Service includes installing your existing Windows Operating System and programs on the new drive.
Your files from your old HD will be transferred to the new drive and the old drive will be setup as a secondary drive for extra storage space if usable.
6. PC tune up includes, identifying and removing spyware, virus scan, delete temp files, clean startup files, check hard drive for errors, defrag the hard drive, update security software, removing unnecessary processes and run windows updates
7. Software installation.
8. Network repair of one wired or wireless device.
